Oval colorless pressed glass; in center, full-length portrait of President William A. McKinley holding a scroll and set against a stippled background which contains his birth and death dates (1843-1901). McKinley's dying words molded around bouge, "IT IS GOD'S WAY / HIS WILL BE DONE". The rim is decorated with laurel branches.
